This policy explains how Qingyu Commerce Operations handles data obtained through authorized ecommerce and advertising platform access.

Data We Process

We process authorized store, product, order, refund, fulfillment, promotion, advertising account, campaign, ad group, creative, and performance reporting data for internal ecommerce operations.

Purpose of Processing

Data is used for internal reporting, store performance review, product operations, promotion management, advertising analysis, budget review, and campaign optimization.

Authorization Model

Store authorizations are tracked by region, internal store number, and Shop Code. Advertising authorizations are tracked separately by advertiser account ID, advertiser name, market, and related store code when applicable.

Sharing and Resale

We do not sell, rent, or resell platform data. The platform is used for our internal operations and affiliated ecommerce entities only. We do not provide a public third-party analytics service.

Security

Credentials, access tokens, and reports are restricted to authorized personnel. We apply least-privilege access and separate credentials by market or app where required.
